3. The switch box should be distributed by the final stage distribution box.
4. The main distribution box should be located close to the power supply. The distribution boxes shall be installed in areas where electrical equipment or loads are relatively concentrated. The distance between the distribution box and the switch box shall not exceed 30m. The horizontal distance between the switch box and the fixed electrical equipment controlled by it should not exceed 3m.
5. The distribution box and switch box should be installed in dry, ventilated and normal temperature places; they should not be installed in gas, smoke, steam, liquid and other harmful media with serious damage. Do not install in places that are vulnerable to external solid objects, strong vibration, liquid splashing and heat source baking. Otherwise, special protection must be taken. 6. There should be enough space and passage for the two people to work at the same time around the distribution box and switch box. Do not stack any items that impede operation or maintenance; no shrubs or weeds.
7. The distribution box and switch box should be made of iron plate or high-quality insulating material, and the thickness of the iron plate should be greater than 1.5m.
8. The distribution box and switch box should be installed correctly and firmly. The mobile distribution box and switch box should be installed on the solid bracket. The vertical distance between the lower bottom of the fixed distribution box and the switch box and the ground should be greater than 1.3m and less than 1.5m. The vertical distance between the bottom of the mobile distribution box and the switch box and the ground should be greater than 0.6m and less than 1.5m. .
9. The electrical appliances in the distribution box should be installed first on the non-metallic or wooden insulated electrical installation board, and then fully fastened in the distribution box. The metal plate and the iron switchboard box should be electrically connected.
10. The switchgear in the distribution box and switch box should be fastened to the electrical installation board according to the specified position, without any deviation or looseness.
11. The working neutral wires in the distribution box and switch box should be connected through the terminal block and should be separated from the protective neutral terminal block.
12. The connecting wires in the distribution box and switch box should be insulated wires, the joints should not be loose, and there should be no exposed live parts.
13. The distribution box and the metal box of the switch box, the metal electrical installation board, and the non-charged base and casing of the electrical equipment in the box must be protected and connected to zero. The protective neutral should be connected through the terminal block.
14. The distribution box and switch box must be protected from rain and dust.
15. The electrical appliances in the distribution box and switch box must be reliable and not allowed to use damaged or unqualified electrical appliances.
16. The main distribution box and distribution box shall be equipped with total isolating switch and shunt disconnecting switch, main fuse and shunt fuse (or total automatic switch and shunt automatic switch) and leakage protector. If the leakage protector has both overload and short-circuit protection, there is no need for shunt fuse or shunt automatic switch. The rated value and action setting value of the main switchgear should be compatible with the rated value and action setting value of the shunt switchgear.
17. The main distribution box shall be equipped with a voltmeter, a total ammeter, a total electricity meter and other instruments.
18. Each electrical equipment should have its own dedicated switch box. It must be implemented with "one machine, one gate and one protection" system. It is strictly forbidden to directly control two or more electrical equipment with the same switchgear.
19. The switchgear in the switch box must be capable of using any electrical device for power isolation under any circumstances.
20. The leakage protector must be installed in the switch box. The installation of the leakage protector should meet the requirements. Electrical equipment of 36V and below, such as dry working environment, can be installed without leakage protector.
21. The leakage protector shall be installed on the load side of the power distribution box power disconnecting switch and the load side of the switch box power disconnecting switch.
22. The selection of leakage protector should meet the requirements of GB6829-86 “Leakage Current Action Protector (Residual Current Action Protector)â€. The rated leakage current of the leakage protector in the switch box is not more than 30mA, and the rated leakage action time It is less than 0.1s; the leakage protector used in wet and corrosive medium places should adopt anti-splash type products, its rated leakage current should be no more than 15mA, and the rated leakage action time should be less than 0.1s.
23. The rated leakage current and rated leakage action time of the two-stage leakage protector in the distribution box and switch box should be reasonably matched to have the function of hierarchical segmentation protection.
24. The leakage protector must be installed and used in accordance with the product manual. For leakage protectors that have been put on hold for a long time and used continuously for one month, the characteristics should be carefully checked and problems should be repaired or replaced in time.
25. Manual switchgear can only be used to directly control the lighting circuit and the power circuit with a capacity of no more than 5.5KW. Power circuits with a capacity greater than 5.5 kW are controlled by automatic switching devices or step-down starting devices.
26. The rating of various switching appliances should be adapted to the position of the control equipment.
27. The inlet and outlet of the wires in the distribution box and switch box shall be located on the lower bottom of the box. It is strictly prohibited to be placed on the top, side, back or box door of the box; the inlet and outlet shall be protected. The bundles are bundled and made waterproof, and the bundles must not be in direct contact with the inlet and outlet of the cabinet; the inlet and outlet of the mobile distribution box and switch box must be rubber insulated cables.
28. It is strictly forbidden to connect with the power cable of the switch box.
29. All distribution boxes should be marked with their name, purpose and marked with a shunt.
30. All distribution box doors should be equipped with locks, and the distribution box and switch box should be handled by a special person.
31. All distribution boxes and switch boxes should be inspected and repaired once a month. Inspection and maintenance personnel must be professional electricians. During inspection and maintenance, you must wear and wear insulated shoes and gloves as required, and you must use electrical insulation tools.
32. When inspecting and repairing the distribution box and switch box, the corresponding power switch of the previous stage must be disconnected and the power failure sign must be hoisted.
33. The power transmission sequence of all distribution boxes and switch boxes during use is: total distribution box--distribution electric box--switch box; power-off operation sequence is: switch box--distribution electric box--total Distribution box (except in the event of an electrical failure).
34. When the construction site stops working for more than one hour, the power switch box should be powered off and locked.
