Network tester common fault repair

First, the power switch K31 is closed, and the LED 31 is not blinking. There are two main situations in which this failure occurs:

1. The battery power is insufficient. Use the multimeter DC10V file to measure the battery terminal voltage. If the battery terminal voltage is too low, replace it with a new 9V stacked battery.

2 . Most of the time, the triode T31, T32 and peripheral components have a virtual soldering, and the clock pulse forming circuit stops. The U10 pin 14 level can be tested with the multimeter DC10V file. If the multimeter pointer is not observed periodically, the clock pulse forming circuit is stopped. Find the solder joints and repair the solder.

Second, testing the well-known network cable, LED31 flashes, but LED11~LED18 and LED21~LED28 have no light-emitting display, or only partial light. There are two main situations in which this failure occurs:

1. Most of the time, some components of LED11~LED18 and LED21~LED28 are soldered, and even if the LED is pressed during installation, the pin is separated from the PCB. Find the solder joints and repair the solder.

2. Improper use, static electricity damages U21; or live test network cable, telephone line damaged U21. Use the multimeter DC10V file to test the 3rd, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 10th, 1st, 5th, and 7th pin levels of U21. Normally, each pin should have a periodic high-level pulse output, otherwise U21 will be damaged. Replace with the same type of integrated circuit.
