Zhaochi Co., Ltd. announced on the 22nd that it intends to jointly establish Shenzhen Zhaochi Lighting Co., Ltd. with the related party Shenzhen Guangzhao Future Management Consulting Partnership (limited partnership) (hereinafter referred to as â€œGuangzhao Futureâ€). The name is subject to the registration of the company registration authority, hereinafter referred to as â€œZhaochi Lightingâ€.

The registered capital of Zhaochi Lighting is RMB 20,000 million, of which the company contributes RMB 80 million, accounting for 40.00% of the registered capital; Guangzhao will invest RMB 12,000 million, accounting for 60.00% of the registered capital.
