The LED lamps such as Buddha Photo and Auman were unqualified, and a total of 124 batches were sampled. The pass rate was 67.7%.

According to the official website of Jiangsu Administration for Industry and Commerce on June 9th, in the second half of 2016, the bureau organized quality inspections of self-ballasted LED lights for general lighting in the circulation areas of the province. A total of 124 batches were sampled and qualified. 84 batches, the pass rate was 67.7%.

This sampling is based on GB24906-2010 "Safety requirements for self-ballasted LED lights above 50V for general lighting" and GB/T24908-2010 "Performance requirements for self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting" (production before August 1, 2015), GB /T 24908-2014 "Performance requirements for non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting" (production after August 1, 2015), product specifications and other technical standards, testing items for signs, interchangeability, protection against electric shock, moisture Insulation resistance and dielectric strength after processing, mechanical strength, fire and flame resistance, lamp power, power factor, initial efficacy/light flux, color characteristics, etc.

Among them, 23 batches of lamp power failed. GB/T24908-2010/2014 standard requirements, when the self-ballasted LED lamp for general lighting works at rated voltage and rated frequency, the difference between the consumed power and the rated power shall not exceed 15% or 0.5W (80%-110). %). This failure will mislead consumers to buy a small power lamp at a large price, the price of the goods is not equal, resulting in economic losses.

There are 24 batches of power factor failure, mainly because the power factor of the measured lamp is lower than the standard limit. Especially after the production on August 1, 2015, the GB/T24908-2014 performance standard specifies the power factor requirements that should be met for each power segment, but most of them are not marked. This mainly checks whether the deviation between the actual power factor of the LED lamp and the nominal value of the manufacturer at the rated voltage and rated frequency is in compliance with the standard. Among them, the production before August 1, 2015, its performance should meet the GB/T24908-2010 standard; after the production, its performance should meet the GB/T24908-2014 standard.

The initial luminous efficacy/light flux was unqualified in 9 batches, mainly due to the measured initial luminous efficacy and the luminous flux being lower than the nominal value specified by the standard. The initial luminous efficacy and luminous flux are the luminous efficiency of the lamp. The initial light effect of the lamp refers to the light effect produced by the lamp for one watt of electricity. The greater the luminous flux produced, the brighter the lamp, and the most direct relationship with energy saving. Compared with unqualified products, the products with acceptable initial light efficiency use less electricity and can achieve energy saving. The initial light efficiency and luminous flux of the virtual standard will mislead consumers to buy.

The color characteristics of 38 batches were unqualified, mainly reflected in the measured general color rendering index and the special color rendering index R9 value lower than the standard limit requirements. The general color rendering index refers to the reflected light of such a light on a colored object, and the difference between the standard illumination light of the same color temperature and the reflected light on the colored object is related to the true color of the human eye. The larger the general color rendering index, the better the color rendering performance, the closer to daylight; on the contrary, the poorer the color rendering. The special color rendering index R9 is saturated red, which is the ability to display red in the color rendering index. If the color rendering index is too low, it will affect the judgment of the human eye on the color of the object. Over time, it will cause various vision problems.

According to the "Unqualified List of Self-ballasted LED Lights for General Lighting in the Second Half of 2016" released this time, the nominal trademarks of unqualified samples involve FSL, Suo Zheng, Bunsen, Wuguangshi, Yunhai Optoelectronics, Yunhai Series, Dixing , Zhongguang, Remick, Nortel Lighting, Yiju Lighting, OML, Xiaobailong, Jiwang Technology, Zhuo Rui.

The industry and commerce department reminds consumers to pay attention to the following three points when purchasing self-ballasted LED lights for general lighting:

Priority should be given to the brands of well-known large companies. Mainly because these enterprises have better quality awareness, and the product safety indicators and product performance indicators can meet the requirements stipulated by national standards;

Look carefully at the product's logo. The specification of the product packaging usually describes the luminous flux, beam angle, life, color temperature, or whether the lamp is dimmable or symbolic. After opening the package, there should be some important signs on the self-ballasted LED light body, including: rated voltage, rated frequency, rated power, trademark, power factor, production date, etc.

Carefully check whether there is a “CQC” or “energy-saving certification” mark on the package. If the company obtains the “CQC” or “energy-saving certification” mark, it proves that the product quality of the enterprise is more secure than the general qualified product, and the invoice and warranty are retained after purchase. In order to have problems after repairs and claims.
