The high-voltage electroscope consists of metal working contacts, small bubbles, capacitors, handles, etc. An electroscope is one of the main technical means to ensure the safety of workers in electrical equipment with full power outages or some power outages. The relevant rules for the inspection of our bureau are as follows:

2. It is necessary to wear high-voltage insulated gloves and insulated shoes when using high-voltage electroscopes, and there is special supervision.

3. Before using the electroscope, it is important to check whether the electroscope is outstanding or useful. It should also check the alarm on the live equipment with the appropriate voltage level, so that it can be checked on the equipment that needs to be grounded, and the voltage level should be stopped. The electroscope that does not correspond to the electroscope is checked to avoid the fault of the on-site inspection.

4. It is necessary to gather spirits during the power inspection. It is not possible to do things that are not related to the electricity inspection, such as picking up the mobile phone, etc., to avoid wrong inspection or missed inspection.

5. The power inspection of the line shall be carried out phase by step. When checking the circuit breaker or barrier switch for contact or other maintenance equipment, the power shall be checked on both sides of the incoming and outgoing lines.

6. When inspecting the multi-layer power lines from the same tower, the low voltage, the post-test high voltage, the a priori base layer and the post-test upper layer.

7. Check the power on the capacitor bank and wait until the discharge is over.

8. When the electricity is inspected, let the metal working contact at the top of the electroscope be gradually brought close to the electrification. If the bubbling light is emitted or the sound alarm signal is stopped, it is not allowed to directly touch the electrification of the electrical equipment. The electroscope should not be affected by nearby electrified bodies, causing a false signal.

9. If a ladder is required for power inspection, a solid ladder of insulating material should be used, and the necessary anti-skid measures should be adopted to stop the use of metal ladder.

10. After the power inspection is completed, the grounding operation should be carried out immediately. After the power inspection, the grounding is not completed in time. If the demand continues to operate, it is necessary to verify the electricity from the beginning.
