Design of an ECG acquisition and analysis processing system based on STM32

With the advancement of society, the development of the economy, and the aging of Chengdu, the disease is becoming more and more serious. As a common chronic disease, heart disease has long been a threat to human health, and timely detection and prevention are reducing cardiovascular diseases. It is extremely important in the hazard. As the main basis for detecting heart disease, ECG is still used in certain occasions, and it is very expensive. Only about 160,000 patients undergo stent surgery every year, and the annual growth rate exceeds 20%. . China's annual cost of heart disease has reached 300 billion yuan.

Due to occasional restrictions and price reasons, the patient is not monitored in real time, which is extremely unfavorable for the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. The portable electrocardiograph not only can check the patient in real time, but also send the ECG obtained by the patient to the doctor for further judgment. The patient can be monitored for a long time by a large-capacity storage device, and the ECG data is recorded.

1, system design

The system design is mainly portable and data processing capability, which can meet the normal work and life requirements in terms of volume and energy consumption without any additional impact on the user. Therefore, the control chip adopts STM32 series F107 chip. The design requirements should be based on the characteristics of ECG signals. The amplification factor should be between 400-1000, the filter bandwidth is 0.05HZ-100HZ, and the common mode rejection ratio should be greater than 80dB. The amplitude of the signal is not higher than 6% of the ECG signal, and the error is not higher than 6%.

Therefore, the system schematic structure diagram of the design is shown in Figure 1. The STM32 is internally used in the system for ADC conversion. The further improvement can be replaced by an external AD. The control system uses external buttons and an LCD touch screen. The ECG can be played back in real time and transmitted to the host computer for storage.

The entire system consists of the following components:

1) Acquisition circuit : accurately extract the ECG signal and process the signal into an effective signal that can provide analysis.

2) Processing circuit: mainly includes filtering, display, storage, analysis, transmission, and so on.

3) Button circuit : complete the functions such as start and pause.

4) Display circuit : complete the display and playback function of the ECG.

5) Host computer design : The ECG signal is stored on the PC and converted into ECG graphics .

6) Power circuit: Provide the voltage required by the system.
